The individual – everyday climate protection

Every day, out of habit we take minor decisions which ignore the climate issue. Find out the easy way about opportunities to live more climate-consciously in your daily life. After you have opened your “climate account”, there are eight stations within the exhibition where you can practice climate-friendly attitudes.

You can perhaps heat your home in a way that economises on energy, and choose a climate-friendly electricity supply with a blend of sustainable energy sources. Have you ever tried a more economical style of driving or kept an eye on the daily consumption of energy and water, e.g. when taking a shower? Does your choice of groceries make any difference to the climate? Decisions with long-term implications, such as new household appliances for example, can be more climate-friendly by following a few simple hints.
